DNACycling brings lifestyle branding to custom cycling clothing production, servicing three vertical mar-kets: team, private label, and retail. Our team of designers will take your club design, corporate logo, orretail brand and create a line of cycling apparel that will get you noticed. In addition, check out our“après velo” line of lifestyle accessories. We can complete your branding strategies by customizing justabout anything you need: mussette bags, custom tees, hoodies, track jackets, socks, hats, waterbottles, stickers, even 10’ x 10’ team tents with your design or logo.

Color Selection:Digital sublimation process allows for an open pallet of colors to be used on jerseys, sublimated panels for bibs, cycling caps, vests, and jackets. When designing please use colors from Pantone color chips and not RGB or CMYK. Since digital printing is used there are no additional fees for each color chosen. Stock Lycra/Roubaix Colors include: black, white, grey, red, sky blue, royal blue, and dark blue. Note: Please allow for +/- 3% variance in sublimation color due to the differences in fabric characteristics.

Approve Art Work:
If the proof meets your approval just sign and return it. If it is still not quite right we will make the necessary changes and send them to you for further review. We will need your proof signed for final approval before we can proceed with your order.
Online Shopping Cart Options:
Once your design has been finalized, you will need to submit final quantities to DNACyling. If you are receiving orders from club members, we can assist you and set-up a website to manage this step. We are able to accept orders and capture funds online, eliminating the need for you to try and collect and track all of the incoming orders and funds. We can help you set this up as a revenue source for your team, club or shop.
Submit Final Order:
Once your design has been approved it is time to place your final order for production. If not using the online ordering process, please download the order form from DNACycling and complete and submit via email or by fax. To place your final order we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
After your order has been received customer service will contact you and confirm. Once we have a scheduled production date we will notify you of your timeline.
Normal production is six to eight weeks depending on the time of the year. Please allow for a few additional days for shipping.
Shipping and Final Payment:
Upon completion of your order a Customer Service Rep will contact you to confirm the shipping location and to arrange for the balance of your payment. Standard terms are 50% deposit and remaining balance due on receipt. We will ship your order UPS ground unless other arrangements are made in advance.
